Giacom have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager which within Giacom will be known as a Hardware Sales Specialist. You be required in essence to sell the product of Hardware store to our existing customers (we call them partners) and to some new but 'warm' customers, no cold calling! You will ensure that our Partners are fully onboarded with the tool and to know how to use it.
Hardware Store gives partners direct access to competitively priced mobile and IT hardware from world-class vendors, including Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Microsoft, HP, Dell, Mitel and Avaya.
Hardware Store automatically searches and displays real-time pricing and availability within the Channel, directly from the UK’s leading hardware distributors, with the ability to easily purchase on one secure platform.
What you'll be doing:
- Working towards a monthly target
- Responsible for selling the product to our existing Partners
- Understand and communicate the benefits of Hardware Store to our existing partners and present to up to Managing Director Level and feel comfortable with this.
- Outbound and inbound call out to partner base min of 20 a day
- Seeking new Opportunities, quoting and closing deals
- Recording information and opportunities into Dynamics (CRM)
- Reporting figures when Manager is away to senior levels of the business
Your Experience:
- Experience of working within a customer facing role
- You’re comfortable picking up the phone and you have mastered the art of communication; we mean things like your listening skills, clarity when you speak
- Excellent customer services skills: we take pride in our award-winning customer service here at Giacom
- This is a fast paced, busy role so we are seeking people who won’t be phased by this. Ideally you have experience of working in a job like this and you enjoyed it
- Right now, you may already be working in Sales or as an Account Manager already
- You can manage your own workload with deadlines
