Product Sales Specialist

We're looking for a Product Sales Specialist to join our Mobile Hardware sales desk team.
The Product Sales Specialist manages partner relationships, drives sales, and ensures smooth operations within the hardware sales team. Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills are essential to coordinate with suppliers, secure the best pricing, and support account managers with real-time insights.
What you'll be doing
- Inbound and outbound calls to new Partners in line with New Partner Onboarding Plan.
- Contact top 10 partners daily regarding stock orders, new kit arrivals, promotions of products and services, and general care.
- Raising quotes for partners.
- Process sales orders by purchasing kit; raise and manage back orders where kit is not available; and be aware of partner credit limits to reduce financial risk to the company.
- Arrange kit delivery as part of purchasing; respond to any delivery issues that arise.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain best pricing and product information.
- Prepare month end stock reports for managers, such as stock levels, movements, and purchases during the previous working month.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with Account Managers, alerting them to any potential deals or issues in real time.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Demonstrable organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure at crucial times of the day to ensure all stock purchasing and support is completed in a very busy environment.

- Articulate, personable and adaptable approach to work.
