We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-loving People Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced People Operations team in Bristol. You’ll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about making work better for everyone—and you’ll play a key role in making that happen.
What you'll be doing
- Keeping our HR system (Cascade) accurate and up to date
- Preparing contracts, change letters, and reports
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle—from offers to offboarding
- Helping get everything ready for payroll each month
- Managing invoices and raising POs through NetSuite
- Building great relationships across our UK offices
- Being the friendly first point of contact via our People inbox
- Getting involved in continuous improvement and wider projects
- Keeping an eye on costs and suggesting smarter ways of working
Your Experience
- You’ve got experience in HR administration or coordination
- CIPD Level 3 is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker
- You’re confident using HR systems (Cascade is a plus)
- You’re digitally savvy and great with Microsoft 365
- You’re a clear communicator who’s comfortable talking to anyone
- You love a good process and take pride in getting the details right
- You’re calm under pressure and great at juggling tasks
- Comfortable handling sensitive info with care and discretion
- Confident team player with initiative and a can-do attitude
