We’re looking for a Billing Analyst to join our Billing team in Nelson. While experience with Affinity or telecoms billing is beneficial, we’re more interested in finding someone with the right mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in billing and data‑focused work.
Our Affinity Billing team plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely and contract‑aligned billing for telecoms and IT services on behalf of our clients. Acting as an extension of our customers’ own billing teams, we take ownership of complex billing cycles, produce clear and detailed invoices, and ensure best‑in‑class metering and billing standards are always upheld.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes genuine pride in getting billing right first time.
