Wholesale Retention Manager - Mobile
If you enjoy working with data, building trusted relationships, and turning insight into growth, this is a role where you can make a visible impact.
Giacom is the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing through one platform.
Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.
We’re looking for a Wholesale Retention Manager to play a key role in protecting and growing recurring revenue across our Mobile partner base. This is a predominantly desk-based role, focused on data, insight, and proactive partner engagement. You’ll also spend time travelling to visit partners, supporting our Account Directors on partner meetings where in‑person collaboration will help strengthen relationships and drive better commercial outcomes.
This role goes beyond traditional renewals management. You’ll be responsible for anticipating churn risk, shaping retention strategy, and helping partners future‑proof their customer bases through insight-led conversations and commercially focused action.
What you’ll be doing
Owning a forward-looking retention pipeline, identifying risks and opportunities well ahead of contract end dates.
Creating and executing partner-specific retention strategies to minimise churn and maximise lifetime value.
Acting as a trusted commercial advisor to partners, helping them retain and grow their own customer bases.
Analysing data to spot churn indicators, usage trends, lifecycle risks, and upsell opportunities.
Translating insight into clear, actionable recommendations for partners and internal teams.
Supporting Account Directors with partner visits and joint engagement, where in-person input adds value.
Working closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues impacting retention.
Identifying opportunities to expand revenue through increased adoption of Giacom products and services.
Maintaining accurate forecasting, CRM records, and reporting.
