We're looking for a Microsoft Technology Strategist to join our Cloud Product & Practice team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across our strategic Microsoft partner community.
You'll be the trusted Microsoft advisor to some of our most valuable partners, helping them define their technology strategy, unlock new opportunities, and accelerate growth across Microsoft solution areas including Modern Workplace, Azure, Security and Copilot.
Working closely with partner leadership teams and internal stakeholders, you'll help create and shape Microsoft roadmaps, enable partners to maximise Microsoft investments, and guide them towards long-term success.

What you'll be doing
Building trusted relationships with partner Sales, Technical and Executive stakeholders.
Developing and owning Microsoft growth roadmaps for strategic partners.
Supporting partner business planning and helping align Microsoft technologies to commercial objectives.
Leading cloud transformation and innovation conversations across Microsoft solution areas.
Advising partners on Microsoft programmes, incentives, certifications, funding opportunities and enablement initiatives.
Working alongside Growth Sales and New Business teams to identify opportunities for partner growth.
Supporting partner onboarding, transition and adoption activities.
Delivering thought leadership through partner events, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
Helping partners build capability through learning pathways, certifications and technical enablement programmes.
Acting as the voice of Microsoft strategy within your partner base, helping partners understand where the market is heading and how to stay ahead.
Your Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Strong experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, gained through Microsoft, a Microsoft Partner, Distributor, CSP, ISV or similar organisation.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft's cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft 365, Azure, Security and Copilot.
A strong understanding of how Microsoft partners operate and grow.
Experience engaging with senior business and technical decision makers.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of partner growth strategies.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
Microsoft certifications (desirable).
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to partner locations, the Bristol office and Microsoft offices as required.
