Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.
We're looking for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join our HR & Business Partnering team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, providing expert support and guidance across a broad range of employee relations and people matters.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, acquisitive business where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with managers across the organisation, helping them navigate complex employee relations issues, minimise risk, and create positive outcomes for colleagues and the business alike.
Whilst experience within a technology, telecoms, or digital environment would be beneficial, what matters most is a strong working knowledge of employment law, extensive ER case management experience, and the confidence to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll be doing
Managing and advising on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability matters.
Providing practical, risk-based employment law advice and guidance to managers at all levels.
Supporting organisational change activities, including consultations, restructures, redundancies and TUPE processes.
Managing sickness absence and family leave cases, ensuring a positive and compliant colleague experience.
Coaching and developing managers to build their confidence and capability in handling people matters.
Building strong relationships across the business and establishing yourself as a trusted People partner.
Supporting wider People initiatives, policy development and projects as required.
Collaborating with colleagues across the People team to deliver a high-quality, consistent and people-focused service.
Your Experience
Significant experience in an HR Advisory or Senior HR Advisory role.
Strong employee relations case management experience across a broad range of issues.
Demonstrable working knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
Experience of coaching and influencing managers at all levels of the organisation.
Strong risk management and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-moving environment.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
