Programme Manager

As Programme Manager you will orchestrate the delivery of all your area’s initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring a smooth execution process. This role involves bridging the gap between various departments, working with vendors and third party suppliers, ensuring clear communication, and driving outcomes aligned with Giacom's strategic goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Orchestrate Definition and Delivery of a Program Roadmap, aligning with Giacom's overarching business objectives.
- Coordinate and synchronise initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring proactive resolution.
- Facilitate a high-performance work environment by fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
What you'll be responsible for:
Program Execution:
- Drives the execution of a Framework for Continuous Delivery of Value
- Facilitates the transformation of Strategic Goals to Actionable Initiatives and Supports their implementation
- Orchestrate the successful delivery of the Marketplace roadmap
- Ensure seamless execution oversight and risk management across product teams.
Team Management & Support:
- Facilitate impediment resolution and learning-sharing across teams.
- Ensure right staffing of initiatives at the prod pillar level in collaboration with other capability leaders
- Provide guidance to project managers, aligning their goals with the broader product vision
Stakeholder Coordination, Reporting & Communication:
- Generate focus on cross-function Health Metrics for the Programme.
- Ensure visibility of work across product teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
- Maintain financial oversight and budget management across the product pillar.
- Manage and orchestrate internal and external dependencies for efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Agile Leads, and Engineering Managers.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
- Proven track record of coordinating program execution across teams in a cloud product environment.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a product delivery context.
- Effective communicator, mediator, and results-driven leader.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
