Our Derby office is located in the scenic Badger Farm Business Park, surrounded by lush countryside that offers stunning views and a peaceful working environment. Situated just one mile north of Hilton in the South Derbyshire district, the office is easily accessible and only a short drive from local amenities.

The office itself is on the second floor of the building to the right as you enter the business park. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed workspace featuring two quiet focus desks, a collaborative desk area, and a fully furnished kitchen. Ample parking is available directly outside, including EV charging points for added convenience.

Communal areas include a shared seating space which accommodates up to ten people across three tables. This space also features a shared pool table, perfect for informal breaks. For meetings, the office includes a dedicated meeting room that seats 8–10 people, as well as a boardroom on the lower floor with space for up to 10 people.
