Are you a strategic sales leader ready to shape the future of mobile distribution? We’re looking for an experienced Head of Distribution Channel to drive growth, lead high-performing teams, and build impactful partnerships across mobile airtime and hardware.
This is a high-impact opportunity to own and evolve our mobile distribution strategy. You’ll lead from the front by developing scalable partner frameworks, launching loyalty initiatives, and unlocking new revenue streams. What you'll be doing
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers, aligning efforts with business goals.
- Design and execute distribution strategies across mobile connectivity and hardware.
- Strengthen existing relationships and forge new ones to expand our trading partner base.
- Oversee channel KPIs, retention strategies, and go-to-market execution.
- Use insights to identify wallet share opportunities, streamline operations, and ensure compliance.
- Feed competitor and tech trends into our Commercial and Product teams.
Your Experience
- Demonstrable experience in a senior sales or channel leadership role within mobile, telecoms, or tech.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking with a track record of driving channel growth.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading sales teams and launching loyalty initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data and market trends.
- Familiarity with CRM, sales analytics, and partner management platforms.
- Comfortable working nationally with regular travel.
