We’re looking for a strategic leader to take our wholesale channel to the next level. As Head of Wholesale and Channel Partnerships, you’ll own the end-to-end performance of this critical business area, driving growth, strengthening relationships, and delivering long-term value.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a proven track record in leading multi-functional sales teams. You’ll combine commercial acumen with strategic thinking to unlock new opportunities and ensure our wholesale channel remains competitive and profitable.
What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end channel performance, balancing short-term sales with long-term customer value. Develop and execute strategies for acquisition and retention, nurturing collaboration across sales, marketing, product, and operations.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and accountability for results.
- Support new business development through targeted campaigns and segmentation. Design retention programs to reduce churn and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Monitor performance, manage risk, and implement metrics and dashboards to track productivity and customer health.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and proposition development.
- Develop strategic partnerships with network partners to drive growth and margin improvement. Negotiate enhanced support, incentives, and exclusive offers, aligning partner strategies with business objectives.
Your Experience
- Demonstrable experience in senior B2B or wholesale leadership within mobile or telecoms.
- Proven success in managing and scaling multi-functional sales teams.
- Strong commercial focus with experience in acquisition, retention, and long-term value creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
