Account Director - Connectivity

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join our Connectivity Sales team and take ownership of major and strategic accounts. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine consultative selling with strong relationship management to deliver tailored solutions that help our partners thrive.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor for key accounts. Building long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new partner acquisition. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and maintain a reputation for excellence in every interaction.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise growth and profitability.
Act as the primary point of contact for major partners, delivering exceptional service and support.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and provide actionable insights.
Generate new business opportunities through targeted go-to-market strategies.
Prepare accurate proposals and quotes aligned to partner requirements.
Monitor market trends and partner performance to inform decisions.
Deliver accurate forecasts and achieve monthly sales targets.
Your Experience
Proven success in complex sales or account management within the connectivity sector.
Strong understanding of channel dynamics and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the energy and drive to deliver results.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and strong analytical capability.
