We’re looking for an ambitious Acronis Business Manager to join our Security Practice team and accelerate Giacom’s Acronis revenue growth. This is a strategic role where you’ll combine commercial acumen, market insight, and relationship-building skills to deliver measurable results.
Reporting to the Security Practice Manager, you’ll take ownership of Acronis go-to-market plans, partner enablement, and proposition development. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to execute high-impact campaigns, host enablement events, and position Giacom as Acronis’ top UK distributor.
Please note, this role can be based near any of our office locations but there is the expectation to travel to visit partners and to attend events.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute Acronis GTM strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities across our partner base and the wider UK MSP channel.
Support partners in transitioning to commit models and growing profitability.
Collaborate with sales teams to improve attach rates and pipeline performance.
Host webinars, workshops, and partner enablement sessions.
Represent Giacom at industry events and vendor reviews.
Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Your Experience
Full UK driving licence.
Demonstrable experience in IT, cloud, or cybersecurity sales.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and SMB security needs.
Excellent stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and organisational skills.
A proactive self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
