Compliance Monitoring Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager to join our Risk & Compliance team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding Giacom’s regulatory integrity. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, you’ll lead our second-line compliance monitoring activities, ensuring robust governance and adherence to industry standards.
This is a strategic role where you’ll design and deliver the compliance monitoring framework, provide assurance to senior management, and drive continuous improvement across the business. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to influence at all levels and embed a culture of compliance.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and maintain a best-in-class Compliance Monitoring Framework.
Plan and execute compliance reviews, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
Produce insightful reports for senior management and governance committees.
Track remediation and ensure timely closure of findings.
Monitor regulatory developments and update monitoring plans accordingly.
Build strong relationships across the business to promote compliance awareness.
Support audits and contribute to governance forums with high-quality reporting.
Your Experience
Expert knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance standards, and risk principles.
Proven experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, and assurance within a regulated environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to simplify complex issues for senior stakeholders.
Ability to lead compliance programmes and deliver results under pressure.
Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management capability.
