Hardware Sales Specialist (desk-based)

We’re looking for a Hardware Sales Specialist to grow hardware sales by developing our existing Partner base and re‑engaging accounts with untapped potential. You’ll champion our hardware offering that includes smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs, and more and turn inactive Partners into regular, confident buyers.
You’ll be the go‑to expert for all things hardware helping Partners find the right solutions, managing quotes and orders, and growing revenue through strong relationship management and commercial judgement.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in hardware, telecoms, or tech sales who wants to develop their career in a supportive, ambitious team.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and grow sales with existing Partners, re‑engage dormant accounts, and handle warm inbound/outbound leads.
Identify new revenue opportunities, prepare quotes, and close deals.
Deliver confident product presentations and explain the benefits of our Hardware Store.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure competitive agreements.
Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to fulfilment, invoicing, and payment follow‑up.
Keep CRM (Dynamics) updated with accurate forecasting and pipeline data.
Work closely with supply chain, operations, and Account Managers to ensure smooth delivery.
Resolve Partner queries and issues promptly and professionally.
Spot opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell, and Partner retention.
Your Experience
Experience in mobile hardware, telecoms, or a related technology sector.
A track record in B2B sales, account management, or sales support.
Confidence managing backend sales processes and order administration.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting ability.
Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Dynamics) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
